Absolutely AVOID this dealership. Sales and Service are both atrocious! I tried to purchase $120k 2023 Escalade ESV from them, and they could not follow through with their promises. D Sales and Service are both atrocious! I tried to purchase $120k 2023 Escalade ESV from them, and they could not follow through with their promises. Deposit refunded, but what a waste of time. We decided to purchase a 2023 Escalade ESV-V, a near $200k vehicle, out of state. Brought it to them not once, but twice, for service, at time of 500 mile oil change, with a typical new vehicle bug. I was scheduled for another visit 8/30/2023, as I got it back with MORE ISSUES THAN IT WENT IN WITH, but canceled after their rudeness 8/29/2023, and took it to another dealership. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE!!!! ANOTHER DEALERSHIP had to attach wires and lines that Tracy Cadillac FORGOT TO PUT BACK TOGETHER, and can not state with certainty, if the part now ordered is related to the original issue, OR DAMAGES from Tracy Cadillac's INCOMPETENCE. It is one thing to not know HOW to fix a vehicle, but something else entirely to NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER after their failed attempts to fix it!!! More
2017 Escalade Platinum with full CPO warranty when it was looked at still has transmission issues and a bad vibration due to bent wheels… serviced there 6x was told they would charge me to check and balance looked at still has transmission issues and a bad vibration due to bent wheels… serviced there 6x was told they would charge me to check and balance as needed even though the customer stayed a vibration at 60 mph+.. would have noticed bent wheels if they properly diagnosed the issue.. also the leather dash over airbag is totally wrinkled and looks terrible on a big money vehicle… the transmission I was told would get a new torque converter the third time they took the vehicle in for diagnosis.. all that was done was another fluid change which leaves me no confidence in the vehicle… overall just bandaided my transmission and gave me no satisfaction… they also scratched my passenger side door so bad it had to be repainted to which it doesn’t even match the other paint now… just not any satisfaction after buying the brand at all More
4 tires ordered four days ago yet they did not arrive. Waste of time and money... But, service manager Garret Ondo helped me out immediately after hearing my issues. These guys were awesome! Got there at noon, left there around 3:30. Drove away with our new car! Traded a Ct6 for a newer Ct6. Jacob was awesome, no pressure. Jake was very attentive to our specifications on a vehicle. Took the time to show us the details and how to work them. There was a lot to know as our vehicle is fully loaded. Called service- super accommodating- Spoke with Tiffany- she was able to get in in for service on my GMC before I had to leave on my trip. Horrible service, from top to bottom. We called the dealership with a specific issue on our Cadillac Escalade - the woman on the phone told us she knew what the issue was and to bring it in. The servic dealership with a specific issue on our Cadillac Escalade - the woman on the phone told us she knew what the issue was and to bring it in. The service department then proceeded to charge us for two different service items and told us the issue was fixed. They "drove the car" to test it - which I am not sure they ever did. I left the dealership and immediately felt that the issue was not resolved. I called them back while still driving home and they told me I had to bring it back in. The following week we brought the car back in and they drove the car again - now all of a sudden they felt the issue. In addition, they now discovered a bulletin posted by Cadillac which stated there was a known defect with the car that was covered under the car warranty. Somehow this was not discovered when brought it in originally. While fixing the car, we asked them to call us when it was ready. We received no call. When I went to pickup the car the next day, the manager argued with me, stating that I asked for the original service. This was a lie. He could not explain why or how the bulletin was not found the first time and magically found the second time we brought it in. He stated that we owed him the money because I signed the paperwork - but we only signed the paperwork because they told us the two service options would resolve the issue. Horrible communication and customer service. Misleading at best. Unwilling to own up to their mistakes. More
