My family owns 3 Saabs, all 9 5's. We have purchased each (at different times) from Tracy Banks and each has been serviced exclusively by them. I don't usually rate business in this way, but I think it is important to support a business that provides excellent customer service. My experience with the dealership has been very favorable. I have owned many other cars including Volvos, Mercedes, and GM cars. My experiences with this dealership have been more favorable than others I have dealt with, hands down. I wouldn't commit the resources to buy 3 Saabs (all new) without having the feeling that I can trust the dealer. Recently, I had a warranty issue with one of my Saabs. In trying to figure out how to proceed and whether or not to have the car towed into the dealership, Loren Mayville walked me through the process of how to best deal with the problem until I could make it in. His advice was right on the mark and I got the car in for service. The work was performed and I picked up the car that evening. As usual, the shop had performed the work without a problem. Every time I stop in for service or tune up, I am greeted by name w I'm on my 3rd Saab 9-5 from Tracy Banks Saab, and it probably won't be my last. Every time I stop in for service or tune up, I am greeted by name with a genuine smile. They are very upfront with what my car needs and how much it's going to cost me. If I do need to leave my car for service they always offer me a nice loaner car, which I feel is a real nice gesture considering my jobs need for me to be on the road. One situation that really sticks out in my head happened to me this last winter, I was driving home late one night from work and my dashboard lit up like Vagas, very concerned I called the service department the next morning and they got me right in. They were concerned that my engine may need to be replaced due to a sludge issue. Knowing that I was just outside my warranty, I didn't know how I would pay for such an expense. Loren had me call GM-USA I believe, and tell them my story. I called them and both Tracy Banks Saab and GM worked very hard to help me out, and I felt very much in the loop. With further diagnosis, they were able to take care of my problems without replacing my engine and got me back on the road, a happy camper. Thank You Tracy Banks Saab More
