I waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. I saw people come after me and leave. My Toyota app showed that they didn't touch my car until hour 2 when I asked what was 5 hours for an oil change. Per the app once they were done my car was again just sitting around. I had to demand my car back. I called to speak to a manager and was directed to some gentleman's voice mail but he never called. Then when asked for a rating I gave a 2. The automated response said we are sorry someone will call you....well 3 days later no human contact from these people. Very poor customer service and no explanation of how my car apparently got lost and behind the many customers that came after me. I have NO intention on returning to waste time. More

As I was checked in, the attendant explained to me why my low tire pressure wad staying on. Hey still said they would check my tires for free. After waiting a couple hours to have my oil changed, tires rotated and multi point inspection completed I lifter the hood before leaving the dealership. I admired the new oil filter and then noticed my tires rotated and multi point inspection completed I lifter the hood before leaving the dealership. I admired the new oil filter and then noticed my radiator reservoir was almost empty. The level was well below the minimum level line. This immediately made me think what else was not properly serviced or checked. It took me less than 15 seconds to check the radiator fluid level. I was very disappointed that radiator fluid had not been added and the it was not mentioned to me verbally or noted on my printout. Such a simple fix was not addressed and again it made me consider what else was not inspected or found but not reported to me. I took my pickup back into the drop off area waited a few minutes for someone to address my concerns, then after a few minutes I was told I would have to wait 10-20 minutes for someone to take my pickup back to do what should have been done already. Upset with the poor service I left and purchased my own radiator fluid to top off the reservoir myself. I am annoyed that such a simple yet critical item on any service checklist was not discovered and corrected. Again, I am concerned as to what else was not discovered or corrected. I am unhappy with the poor service. More
