What a difference a service advisor makes. My service advisor yesterday Tony Van Houten was the worst representative my wife and I have had in bringing our 5 Toyota vehicles since 1984. We had My service advisor yesterday Tony Van Houten was the worst representative my wife and I have had in bringing our 5 Toyota vehicles since 1984. We had a simple 95K service which is simply an oil change and tire rotation promised for 3pm. I left several messages to get a status, call back, and ride to the dealership. Didn’t get a call back until 4:30. We missed our dinner reservation and not one word of apology. We had to walk to the back lot to get our car. And we didn’t get the car serviced! We would give zero stars if we could. I’m going to switch to Springfield Toyota for all services going forward as it is near my work. Wow, just the worst experience ever. Grand reopening here means they don’t care about customer service any more. If this is a way they treat a loyal 40-year brand customer, they’re done. More
