Tim, I appreciate you getting in touch with me and wanting to resolve these problems. This has been going on since May 2009 when I purchased the car. I have spoke to numerous managers at Lustine to no avail. I feel the public has the right to know what they can expect at Lustine. After more than 2 and 1/2 years it is a little too late. I have 2 more services to be completed on my prepaid services and I will be DONE with Lustine.
