I had my Toyota Tacoma in for 90,000 mile service and Bryant Jones was very friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Lustine Toyota for quite a while now and most all of the service writers and managers know me by name. I currently have a 2005 Tacoma and I have over 220,000 miles on it and it is st now and most all of the service writers and managers know me by name. I currently have a 2005 Tacoma and I have over 220,000 miles on it and it is still running fine. It has been serviced every 5000 miles by Technician Max Neely and I have used several service writers/managers...during that time and all seem very nice and friendly. Nino has done a great job up front. I think this place is great and would recommend it to anyone, especially Tech. Max Neely. He is the most knowledgable mechanic I have met and trust him to do work on everything I own. More
We had been thinking about trading in my wifes car and I investigated online the details on a Prius that she was interested in. After looking at a couple sites, I received a call from Lustine Toyota and ma investigated online the details on a Prius that she was interested in. After looking at a couple sites, I received a call from Lustine Toyota and made an appointment to go in a test drive a couple cars. The sales associate that we got was great, his name was Peter Nartey and he helped us find the perfect Prius for my wife and still within our budget. We decided to trade in her Corolla for the Prius and thanks to Peter, they received our trade in at a higher value and reduced the overall price of the Prius by quite a bit, making it a complete steal! Once we were ready to finalize the deal, we were sent to the Finance department and got set up with Andre Smith who was very nice and explained everything. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and overall making the whole process a lot easier. We defintely recommend Lustine Toyota woddbridge, and will be going back if we ever need another car! More

Lustine Toyota made my short list for dealerships by quickly getting back to me via email with an actual number when I filled out a request for quote online. The email was also sent by one of the salesmen, Josef, so I immediately had a contact. They were very friendly on the phone and we even settled on a price before I showed up at the dealership. When I did show up, Josef was ready for me, and after a quick inspection of the vehicle, we got right down to the paperwork. He understood I was pressed for time. During each step of the process, I was informed of all options and services available to me, but was never pressured to purchase anything extra. I left with a sense of commitment from the dealership to make sure I was and will stay happy with my new Tacoma. More

But the reason I come back here to get service for my car is not the sales people but the service agents like Bryant Jones & the ladies who check you out when the service is down. Since I have been going there since 2009 I can always reassured myself that I'm going to get the best service there if only when i have the help of my agent Bryant Jones & the ladies behind the table. Nobody ever sees that the service people are the ones that really work with the customers & your vehicle not the sales people who are just out for your money not your needs. So I give 5 stars to my service agent & the ladies in the back who work with you making sure your needs & your vehicle were in good hands. Plus the guys in the back working on your car. Thumbs up.
