Carlos is amazing. I called earlier in the day, told him what I wanted - and within minutes he had my options. I went to the dealership, picked out a fantastic RAV4 Limited and Carlos walked me through ever what I wanted - and within minutes he had my options. He brought Jessica over to me who was kind and thoughtful and really saved me money by selecting options that I needed for my vehicle. I'm sorry to say that I cannot remember the nice lady who helped me out in finance, but she was very welcoming and warm and QUICK. I was able to get my car for the price that I'm able to afford, and felt like she was really looking out for my best interest (GAP and Warranty). For years I went to Jack Taylor's Toyota. I was just used to going there...AND I lived within minutes of Lustine. Carlos changed me last year when I purchased my first vehicle from Lustine. The difference in service is AMAZING and I can't imagine a more pleasurable experience. In today's world - accepting mediocre customer service is not something I do...and I don't have to with Lustine. The team at Lustine is professional, warm, welcoming and has your best interest at heart. It's not a pushy sales atmosphere. It's ... simply the best. Kudos to Toyota for having Lustine as a reseller AND for the team that supports Lustine! My only regret is that I didn't get the business card of the person in finance - my fault.
