After having a bad experience with 2 service advisors at this location on my last visit. I was hesitant to give Lustine Toyota Service Dept. another shot at earning back my business. Last week I went for this location on my last visit. I was hesitant to give Lustine Toyota Service Dept. another shot at earning back my business. Last week I went for a 5k service on my car and Bryant Jones was my service advisor. I've gone plenty of times to Lustine Toyota for my car service needs and this was the first time that I met Bryant as my service advisor for that morning. Bryant is very professional at what he has does, he noticed that I had that look on my face that read "let's see how this service goes" Bryant gave me a timeframe when my car would be ready and he was right on the dot! I told Bryant that I love good customer service and that morning my hesitant look has changed to a happier look indicating that I was pleased with the service that was provided to me that morning.
