They gave me what I expected for my trade, and didn't try to low-ball me, and they gave me an excellent price on my new vehicle. The entire staff, all the way down to the guy who removed the plates from my old vehicle is professional, courteous, respectful, and enthusiastic about making sure that you are a satisfied customer. I like to thank Kamel Khnaizir (service advisor) for his quick return calls, quick corrective action. I would like to especially thank Lewis from the body shop, took care of everything plus, fixed a few minor scratches and clean my truck inside/out. I’ll definitely use Toyota of Watertown again. I had the most terrible experience with this dealership. I had my Sienna repaired at their body shop. After a parts list was generated by the insurance adjuster and a list of parts to replace was document I had my Sienna repaired at their body shop. After a parts list was generated by the insurance adjuster and a list of parts to replace was documented and priced, body shop did not replace parts that they thought I will not be able to see. Other parts were replaced with aftermarket parts even though the paperwork shows genuine Toyota parts (with the higher price). I have reported this insurance fraud to the insurance company and am waiting for an official investigation. More
