Although the car is excellent, I've had the worst customer service experience when purchasing a new vehicle, with the salesman lying and the general manager failing to return my calls. Very caring team, from Service to the Mechanics. They have gone above and beyond to keep me and my passengers safe! I went in to try and catch up some of the overdue maintenance that was required after I bought the truck used.They pointed out that the frame was in need of repair and it probably wouldn't be safe until that was addressed.I appreciate that they took the time to do the job correctly. They explained everything that happened as they worked on my 2005 Tundra. 100% believe in this company! More
Toyota of Warsaw up charged me $45. 00 for things I didn't order and they didn't ask me if I wanted tires rotated or a 12oz. bottle of Petra silver oil for $15.00. I was sitting 10 feet from the service desk and the service manager could have ask me if I wanted these things.. when I called and talked to the office manager she told me the service manager said it was on the service order. Ive been going there for over 15 years and have never had them rotate my tires. I understand perfectly what happened and who added those up sell items. I have asked for a refund for The $15 plus sales tax. be careful as upselling a customer is common practice at some dealerships. for sure at TOYOTA OF WARSAW. More
Took my new car in for the first free oil changed, they damaged three of my wheels with the unasked for, unwanted tire rotation. I pointed out two of the damaged wheels, 1/4 (?) dings that took off the chr damaged three of my wheels with the unasked for, unwanted tire rotation. I pointed out two of the damaged wheels, 1/4 (?) dings that took off the chrome, and they took pictures of them. Promised to contact me that day. Nothing. Now I need to buy special paint to at least fill in the void to hopefully prevent peeling. Great, I waited 1 1/2 hours, for a simple oil change and for you to mess up my brand-new wheels. More

If the “Smart Path” price on the website looks good to you finish the deal online because you cannot get the same deal at the dealership. They got me in the door with the “Smart Path” price and then rushed/pressured me into signing a significantly more expensive lease deal in person. After this experience I recommend buying your car online and only going to the dealership to pick it up. More
I came here after having an extremely bad experience with Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon. This dealership was the exact opposite! It started out by sending a request thru their website on Saturday evening. I was contacted and told my request was received and that they would have a salesperson contact me. I was contacted Monday. I explained what I was looking for and that I could see that the vehicle had not been built yet, but it was coming to the dealership. Josh Ogden explained the whole process to me. HE DID NOT pressure me at all. Just explained that if I did not put down a "hold" fee of $500.00 he could not guarantee that the vehicle would not be sold to someone else. Also that if my wife was not happy with this vehicle the $ was FULLY refundable - no fee. He was straight and upfront the entire time. What a refreshing change. No "extra" fees or up charging. He kept us informed as to when the vehicle had been built when it was shipped and when it arrived. This dealership's service department even provided a temporary fix to our vehicle (Driver's door window exploded in when driving up!) so that I could get it home WITHOUT ANY CHARGE! I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
