I have heard many great things about Toyota of Warren over the years. I decided to make the leap and lease a new 4 Runner. I made an inquiry on line that was promptly responded to. On my visit I was met over the years. I decided to make the leap and lease a new 4 Runner. I made an inquiry on line that was promptly responded to. On my visit I was met by Tony, he handled the process from the test drive to appraising my trade very professionally. We made the deal and as I was ready to leave I was greeted by the owners. I complimented them on the beautiful facility they have and said I would recomend the dealership and the salesmen Tony to anyone! On to the vehicle: I have owned dozens of vehicles in my lifetime including some high line imports. I now understand why Toyota has been such a success and the roads are lined with them. In a single word: QUALITY! Thank you all for the help and I am beyond pleased! More

So I showed up for my appointment and guess what. A WASTE OF MY TIME. If they would have told me what I needed I could have saved everyone time. I am gonna keep my truck and pay it off. All the staff were very personal and professional, taking the time to follow up with us after our purchase and making sure we are happy with our new car. Only downside is they still use the corky back and forth selling tactics which is to be expected guess, just wish there was a place that gave ya the best deal you can get up front. Overall our salesman Tony was a great guy to work with, feel like we got a good deal, and the other staff made sure we understood everything, being it’s the first time we are leasing a new car. The staff stayed an hour past closing to help me, and they have an alright price for our trade in vehicle too. More
