I called early on a Tuesday morning because I wanted to look at a recently advertised used Corolla later in the afternoon. Tony Montazeri answered the phone, checked on the availability of the car, grabbed look at a recently advertised used Corolla later in the afternoon. Tony Montazeri answered the phone, checked on the availability of the car, grabbed the keys, and scheduled a time to meet. I wasn't going to hold my breath though, because there have been times in the past where a dealership would schedule an appointment with me to see a car only for that car to be gone by the time I arrived. We pulled in at 3pm that afternoon, and that used Corolla was sitting there ready for me to test drive. Tony actually held onto the the keys for me.. Everything went smoothly with Tony. He was friendly but not overbearing. He asked questions but wasn't pushy. He answered all of my questions, and even let me take the car to my mechanic for an inspection. I left the dealership with the new used Corolla that day! A+ experience. More

A terrible experience. Mislead several times by the salesman. Example, applied a clear coat to the truck finish I specifically said not to be done.
