Tony Montazeri was super helpful picking out exactly what I was looking for within my price range. Very responsive when I would contact him to ask questions after taking the vehicle home. I inquired about a specific vehicle here. I tried to see it on a Friday. I contacted them 3 times before they got back to me. I was told to come in the next day to make an appointment. Saturday I got a text it on a Friday. I contacted them 3 times before they got back to me. I was told to come in the next day to make an appointment. Saturday I got a text that morning confirming that I was coming in to look at the vehicle. I drove an hour away to look at it. Sat down at with a salesman (who was nice enough) Im pretty sure he knew it was already sold, but he walked over to the front and asked them if the car was still there. He came back and told me they had sold it the day before. The owner of the dealership apologized which was you know... the bare minimum, but appreciated. But each step of the way, they tried to sell me a different car or go to a different dealership that they owned to look at a different car. They blamed the fact they confirmed an appointment to look at a car they had already sold the day before as an error with the company they pay to handle inquiries... so at best, their cost cutting comes at the expense of personal service (Why not just buy a car from the internet if you get the same response) and at worse, they don't update the website and still take appointments for popular cars so they can use them as free advertising to get people in the door so they can bait and switch. I appreciate them apologizing, but I cannot respect the way they do business. By the way... they still list the car they sold 3 days ago on their website. More
