Lies and a waste of time! They strung me along over a weekend til Wednesday 12-15. To back track a little...Amanda told me it was being worked on Friday and if I came in Saturday, she "would have it rus weekend til Wednesday 12-15. To back track a little...Amanda told me it was being worked on Friday and if I came in Saturday, she "would have it rushed thru for me for pick-up". I could not make it Saturday so asked if I could give a deposit to hold it until Wednesday, the answer was "NO we don't hold cars". Fast forward to Tuesday, I got a text from Amanda that they "want a deposit now to hold the car". I did not give one as I was told that it was still in detail. All of a sudden, they CAN take a deposit to "hold the car". The car was supposed to be done (serviced and detailed) when I got there at 9am Wednesday. I drove 90 miles (1.5 hours) to be there right when they opened. I needed to be back home by Noon. The car was not detailed yet ( had a lot of scratches in paint)and still was not fully serviced!(needed a wheel alignment after new tires/brakes) At 10am I left to get something to eat and kill some time. Came back at Noon to find it still wasn't done. At 1pm Amanda drove the car out (into the rain) so now I can't even see if the scratches were removed like she said they would do. At this point I still hadn't driven the car. Amanda said it was completely done and to get in and take it for a test drive. Once out on the road, I heard a wheel bearing "hum", to which Amanda stated..."oh that's just the new tires". Anyone who knows anything about cars, knows that sound. (you would think their state of the art service dept would have heard it after the wheel alignment). I immediately brought it back to the dealership. Now I am 1.5 hours past when I needed to be home. I cannot wait any longer for them to fix the bearing issue now and told Amanda, I had to go. Her response...."That's up to you, thanks". She then just walked away and went inside the building. No apologies for my 4 hour wait for a car that would be ready to go at 9 am, my 3 hour round trip drive from Lorain County (west of Cleveland), or even how they strung me along over a 4 day period. A manager never even once came to handle any of these issues and concerns.
