I will make this review as short as possible but do have a lot of time invested in Toyota of Warren … Loyal customer: Purchased 2018 4Runnver TRD PRO in Calvary Blue, purchased 2019 4Runner TRD PRO in Vood a lot of time invested in Toyota of Warren … Loyal customer: Purchased 2018 4Runnver TRD PRO in Calvary Blue, purchased 2019 4Runner TRD PRO in Voodoo Blue, purchased 2019 Rav4, and finally ordered July 1st 2021 a 2022 Tundra TRD PRO which originally was to be delivered September 2021. The deal was made and the deposit submitted. 3rd week of September 2022 I called Tony Montazeri to inquire if any news (Today is 1 year and 3 months from the deposit). Tony found out they had one coming in to the dealer. Tony is awesome and has sold all of these vehicles to my family. Now Tony finds out from Tim Williams that they now are changing the original deal that we all agreed upon when placing the deposit. They want to add $6,995 Pro Care for me waiting a year and three months. Tony I believe was as shocked as I was when an agreed upon deal/order was placed and now changed. In the end with my “Customer Loyalty” Tony got the deal down to an extra $4,995 on top of MSRP! My father raised me to treat others as you want to be treated, this includes deals regardless of changing times! Went in to the dealership this afternoon to get my deposit back, Tim who I will now refer to as GO TOMMY (Think you will get where the similarity comes from) tells me sorry, I can sale to someone else for $20,000 more! Well GO TOMMY, I hope they will be as loyal a customer as I once was! There will never be another Toyota in this driveway. You can’t control peoples honesty but I can control where my family’s money is spent! So if you really got to have a Toyota, see Tony Montazeri … Really and awesome no BS Salesman! The second GO TOMMY gets involved, watch your back! Tony should think about working for Ford, the honesty he has would really fit the brand well! More
