I had to come back for another appointment after 1,300 miles for my follow up on my oil consumption. She was there for my second visit and she was very personable. Great employee for sure. If there were more people in the world that were this helpful I would not mind at all. She kept me informed during my whole visit and everything. I also really enjoyed my visit and the free car wash that was offered. Wonderful service. Wonderful business. As I've already said, I'm 100% going back for future services. More
Ignored contract to provide free oil changes I purchased a used Prius from Toyota of Wallingford 18 months ago. They promised at that point lifetime oil changes on the used vehicle (in writing) which was one of the reasons that we decided to purchase from here. They honored this for two service visits and then told us that they would no longer recognize this. It's minor enough that it's not worth pursuing a legal challenge, but it's shady enough that I won't return here again. I bought another used Toyota (a Camry) this year from Toyota in Middletown and was much happier with them. More

When I arrived there I was asked if I wanted them installed. They took it right in and I was on my way soon after. I dealt with Irvin C. and Paul Z.. They were very helpful and had know problem answering questions I had about future accessories I was looking to purchase. They even printed out a 30 page instruction book for me. I will buy all my accessories here as long as these two gentlemen are there. They even went out of there way to be apologetic after they thought the install was going longer than they thought, several times at that. It took exactly the time I thought it would. Was very comfortable with this service dept. & there valet type drive up service. More

Having never been there I wasn't sure of the drill. A salesperson, Tim Roy, saw my confusion and offered assistance. He brought me into service where I was greeted by very friendly staff. They took my car right away. Ironically I was planning on trading in my Prius for a small SUV. I've been a Toyota customer since 1992 and was interested in the RAV4 Limited. I told this to Tim and he brought one around for me to check out. I also said that I would not be buying any car without doing my own research first and that I had a long relationship with another dealer. I appreciated that he did not pressure me. He explained the vehicle and answered my questions. I returned to this dealer to buy the car from Tim for several reasons: 1. He did not bug me - he respected I needed time to do my research and that I had a relationship with another dealership. 2. His first priority was helping me with my Prius - he had no way of knowing I was in the market for an SUV. 3.. He was honest about what they would and would not negotiate. 4. I felt comfortable with him I also appreciate that Jason Pallas made the paperwork painless and quick. I never felt pressured. I went back today with remote start and navigation questions and Jon Haury from service sat in my car with me to help me out. He was fantastic! While there, Tim came out to say hi and offer his assistance. I believe I've found my new favorite dealership! - Jan More

Karen made things right There was an issue with service performed on one of the 2 new cars I bought from the dealership. I was first assured everything was O.K., and no acti There was an issue with service performed on one of the 2 new cars I bought from the dealership. I was first assured everything was O.K., and no action was taken, other than apparently a visual inspection. When it became obvious later that everything was not O.K., I contacted Karen by email on a Friday morning. She responded immediately and set up an appointment with the master technician to check it out. She also rode in the car with me and the technician during the test drive at which time the problem was identified and later confirmed by a thorough inspection. She personally oversaw the repairs, and assumed full responsibility for the previous oversight by the technician(s). I have never seen this kind of professionalism in auto industry or any other industry for that matter. She is definitely a valuable asset to the service department. Without her intervention, my ratings would have been much lower. More
This is a very unprofessional dealership if you have an issue with your vehicle - you are deemed responsible and they will fight you tooth and nail to prove so which is usually ridiculous claims becasue th issue with your vehicle - you are deemed responsible and they will fight you tooth and nail to prove so which is usually ridiculous claims becasue they hope that you are UN-knowledgeable about your vehicle... before they are forced to give in and this is even when it is under warranty or you paid for extended warranties ect...Once you buy a vehicle they forget who you are and throw you to these wolves in the service den. Watch out and pray you don't have an issue! More
Brought in '92 prius after son hit a tree. Casey was wonderful. The only thing that I was confused about was why the broken rearview mirror wasn't included in repair. It was overlooked and now we have to bring it in somewhere to have it replaced. That's a pain in the neck. Casey brought the car over to a partner who does body work for an estimate on a small corner that was broken but they want to replace the entire bumper. I would like Toyota to have a body shop partner who would be willing to do patch type work as now we are left to patch it on our own. Another pain. Overall Toyota was great however. More
