Will not answer phones!! I was attempting to contact this dealer re: service contract. First three calls went to mailboxes which were full and would not accept messages-- not I was attempting to contact this dealer re: service contract. First three calls went to mailboxes which were full and would not accept messages-- not a good sign for customer service. I then choose an option for being an existing customer and spent 17 minutes on hold listening to this dealer brag about their customer service awards and how great they were-- never got an answer. More
