Service department is not organized and the facility is awful! I was told I had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts or go outside to porta potty in the freezing cold after a major snow storm to use the rest room. I Ha awful! I was told I had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts or go outside to porta potty in the freezing cold after a major snow storm to use the rest room. I Had 10 appointment for my 10,000 oil change and it took an hour and a half! I was told I would be in and out but that was not the case. I believe this facility should be closed until their major construction is finished, it’s really ridiculous to have to wait in a garage bay and walk to Dunkin Donuts to use a bathroom! More
