I usually have good experiences at Toyota of Wallingford but this time was frustrating. All I needed was a headlight, but when my service rep had to leave that minor repair became an all day event culminati but this time was frustrating. All I needed was a headlight, but when my service rep had to leave that minor repair became an all day event culminating with a text at 3:57 to tell me I needed that headlight. When I picked up the completed car the posted service status still showed "in progress." I hope this was a one time glitch; looks to me like the protocol for an advisor leaving midshift needs review. I have been a Toyota customer since 1985. Bob was my service advisor for nearly 40 years until his retirement. He trained Megan before he left so I chose her as my new service advisor. She is friendly, and I appreciate her fullfilling my request to communicate by phone calls instead of apps, texting, etc. I hope she makes her career at Toyota of Wallingford. Building a relationship with my service advisor is important to me. Car repairs are expensive so it's good to deal with one person that you can trust implicitly. Toyota needs to update their website because Megan isn't in the dropdown menu for me to give her the 5 stars she's earned!! More

When I purchased my new camry 2 years ago the car salesman was always on his cellphone! When I took a test drive with him I had to ask HIM questions about the car - he did not offer any advice on the different features. I would buy a car again from your dealership but I would never use Jon Petro. But everything else at the dealership is very good. Also I had asked Jon Petro for a sunroof and when the new car arrived without a sunroof, he claims he did not know I wanted the sunroof but I was anxious to get a new reliable vehicle soon so I took the car that came in. More
