I have tremendous anxiety and calling people I don't know, about things I am not educated on makes my anxiety even worse. I spoke to Shylock at Toyota of Wallingford and she was incredibly helpful. I stopped to schedule my 5000 mile tire rotation. When I asked how long the service would take she said the appointment could be 45” or 2 hours depending on how many customers were ahead of me.
