This past week I had to have my 08 4runner in for service as to having some issues. My service advisor was Shannon and she was so very professional and helpful and understanding and listen to my concerns and as to having some issues. My service advisor was Shannon and she was so very professional and helpful and understanding and listen to my concerns and also went beyond to keep me posted on what was going on with my SUV. As for the repair were major and I was catch of guard but Shannon was very sincere and explained and also double check with the technician Jason working on my SUV. During my latest service appointment, my service advisor was Shannon, was the BEST service advisor that I have ever encountered. She explained the service recommendations to me in a way that was complete ye was Shannon, was the BEST service advisor that I have ever encountered. She explained the service recommendations to me in a way that was complete yet concise, easy to for a layperson understand, yet not at all condescending. I'm only writing this review in the hopes that Shannon's management recognizes her excellent work and give her the opportunity to utilize her talent to train other advisors, with the appropriate additional compensation, of course. Bob recognized the emergency nature of the situation and got the car into the shop ASAP. He also noticed that a scheduled service was coming up in two weeks and he arranged for that service to be done immed got the car into the shop ASAP.
