This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had yet. Jermani actually listened and worked to get us what we were looking for and not just what he wanted to sell. One July 9th 2011, I had the absolute privilege of leasing my second Toyota from Toyota of Turnersville. I couldn’t say enough good things about your dealership. I was contacted by David Lobaina via email to discuss leasing a new Toyota. David was efficient a knowledgeable about the vehicle. David was able to put together a perfect leasing deal for me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by a very professional staff. I looked at my new car and finished my lease with Ryan Labuda. Ryan was a real pleasure to do business with. He was very polite and sociable. The Customer Service was excellent. Chris Wilder got my new Toyota ready for me quickly and accurately. He was able to put all my belongings in my new car exactly where they were from my old car. I was very impress with the attention to detail he showed. His Quality of Work couldn’t have been better. All of your staff I worked with was super friendly. It made my Overall Experience a real pleasure. The Price was right and the entire staff was perfect. I would like to thank Clinton, Mike and Ryan for a very pleasant car buying experience. Clinton is the complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. His wonderful personality and friendliness made the whole experience enjoyable. Mike thanked me for the business on the day of the sale, and took the time to chat for a bit while Clinton took care of paperwork. That goes a long way. The next day, when there was an issue with the car certification, Mike called me right away and explained the situation and how he intended to make it right. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to pay for the car and take care of the warranty issue, Ryan took good care of me and got me an extended warranty with road side care for 3 years / 36,0000. This was above and beyond what I would have had in the first place and I really appreciate the special treatment. This car is for my wife and my two little boys, so the roadside care gives me peace of mind that if there is an issue, she will be taken care of. I looked for our new family car for about six or seven months before making this purchase. During that time, I looked at several cars from dealers and from private owners. It is tough for a dealership to compete with a private owner on price, so when you buy from a dealership, you want to feel like you are getting something for premium you pay. I feel very satisfied that I got more than my money's worth in my dealings with Turnersville Toyota - and in particular in dealing with Clinton, Mike and Ryan. I want to thank them for their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile even after the deal was done. Clinton - thanks for making the care look brand new for me to take it home to my wife. After dealing with another Toyota dealership for three hours on Saturday, I walked in and told them what I wanted, the price, and I had to be out of there quickly because I had three children at home. Ed hours on Saturday, I walked in and told them what I wanted, the price, and I had to be out of there quickly because I had three children at home. Ed gave Dave the details of my visit....Ed went out on the lot to see if any other Siennas had come in as what the computer showed was out of my price range. He came back quickly and found two that fit....Dave in the meantime worked the numbers....within 20 minutes the deal was done. They then quickly got my car ready...and I was out of there! Perfect! Ed was great, kind, and understood my situation. They also took my lease back that I only had for a year and actually gave me money in the trade value. I loved my car and didn't want to have to change but a surprise third child had us in the need for a larger car! Great job guys and thanks for the quick turnaround! More
