My husband and I went to Toyota of Turnersville to purchase one of their certified pre-owned Scion xb's. In the beginning, things seemed to be going well. We found the car we liked, test drove it, then began to run the numbers. They wouldn't budge on their over-priced sticker price and laughed at us from the back room when we submitted a slightly lower offer. The manager, Mike Rooney, was very arrogant and unwilling to work with us. They also told us that the blue logic system was $600 and agreed to pay half. Upon further research, we found that the blue logic system was only $300 and by paying "half," we would really be paying for it all. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and jerked around. The best thing that came out of Toyota of Turnersville was how easy it was to back out of their over-priced and unfair lease. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE!!! More

Today is March 13, and my initial contact via the internet, with Turnersville Toyota, began on Feb 18. As I had been leasing a Toyota Camry already, all I wanted to do was trade the Camry that I had, internet, with Turnersville Toyota, began on Feb 18. As I had been leasing a Toyota Camry already, all I wanted to do was trade the Camry that I had, which was nearing the end of the lease, in for another Camry. I even knew what color I wanted and what features I wanted. This should have been an easy sale and a very quick transaction. For whatever reasons, it seems that none of the 3 salespeople that I had made internet contact with, wanted to sell me a car. I got only one phone call after a week and a half wait, and then there was no follow through. After being totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism, I contacted Toyota customer service in California. The representative that I spoke to, took down my information and gave me a case number. I asked what would happen, and she assumed I would get an apology from the dealership, which I never did. She also gave me the name and location of the next closest Toyota dealership. Runnemede Toyota, was wonderful, and I was able to go in, and drive away the same day in my new Camry. I do not understand why Turnersville Toyota did not seem to want my business, especially since I was a returning customer and a loyal Toyota customer with excellent credit. Although it is slightly less convenient to go to Runnemede Toyota, that is where I will go in the future for my next cars, because they at least make the buying experience a good one. I am so disappointed in Turnersville Toyota. I have never experienced such treatment from a car dealership, and since I lease, I get a new car every 3 years. It is really sad. More
I had purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in Nov., 2010. They flood my email with all this friendly talk about rating my experience, this and that, and they would take care of any concerns. A in Nov., 2010. They flood my email with all this friendly talk about rating my experience, this and that, and they would take care of any concerns. Anyhow, when I had a major concern about my paperwork, they had completely ignored me. IN ADDITION: During the negotiation period, Dave Herbst had lied to me telling me that they would take care of the pay off price of my trade in. BEWARE: What he did was roll the difference of the pay off price and what they were willing to really give me for the trade-in into my new lease payments for the new car. I still have not heard from them and judging by today's activity at their facility, they had no customers and nothing to do..yet, no courtesy reply or phone call. More
Its unfortunate that the rating scale only goes to a five. These group of guys should get a 10. It is nice to see people caring so deeply about there customers. I always have specific requests regarding the maintenance of my two Camrys. I always check my cars (with gauges and visually) after the service work is completed to make sure that the work requested was comp of my two Camrys. I always check my cars (with gauges and visually) after the service work is completed to make sure that the work requested was completed as specified. Service Manager Tony Celeste always ensures that the work is done correctly and that I am satisfied with the service. The other Service Advisors I have worked with (Lou Schiavo, Joe Junk and Sam Aiello) are very knowledgable, professional and personable. I have had all my cars serviced for over 20 years at Toyota of Turnersville because the service people treat me like family and my cars exactly as they would their own vehicles. More

As stated in my earlier review, I would be purchasing a 2009 Camry by the end of October. Because of the way I was treated by Sonny in the parts department, I bypassed Turnersville altogether. I find the 2009 Camry by the end of October. Because of the way I was treated by Sonny in the parts department, I bypassed Turnersville altogether. I find these people ignorant and arrogant and I recommend you go elsewhere as well. I went to Toyota of Runnemede and have nothing but praise for them. More
Stopped into the parts department on Saturday 9/6 to get some suspension and brake parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter my sister-in-law's 2006 Scion tC. Got up to the parts counter an some suspension and brake parts for my 2001 Camry and transmission fluid and filter my sister-in-law's 2006 Scion tC. Got up to the parts counter and nobody was there, figured parts guy must be in the bathroom or something. Waited for a few minutes before announcing myself; nothing. Called out to someone again; nothing. Decided to go to the receptionist desk and she sat there giving me dirty looks.(looked & talked like she belonged "in da hood" rather than a professional place like a Toyota showroom.) I was a little irritated by this time so I went back and knocked on the counter and said quite loudly "Yo! Customer up here!" and still no one came to assist me. 30 seconds later, a guy with a long brown beard and shaved head (later found out his name was Sonny) comes out of the side door from the parts department and walks right past me like I wasn't there. I announced quite loudly "I guess nobody wants my business!" and walked away quite annoyed. Went to Toyota of Runnemede to get the parts I needed and as soon as I walked in the door, the parts representative greeted me like I was one of his buddies from home. I told him that I needed quite a bit of stuff and he assured me that it was no problem. He spent the next 45 minutes with me looking up everything I needed. I had to order a few things but allowed me to pay for everything there and helped me carry everything out to my car. I was happy that I got what I needed and they were happy to have $529 worth of parts gone from their shelves. I called Toyota of Turnersville and left a message for their General Manager, and to their credit, their parts manager, Mr. Jeff King called me back to apologize for the manner in which I was treated and asked me for another chance. Much appreciated but not likely. Jeff was a nice guy and showed a lot of integrity calling me up, but Sonny Boy ruined that for them. I'm going to be purchasing a 2009 Camry by the end of this month, so I'll make sure that I let Toyota Motor Sales and Runnemede and Turnersville Toyota know what happened on the survey. As for Turnersville's management, they need to reeducate 'ol Sonny Boy in how to properly greet and treat customers and leave the weed up his xxx at home. If they don't, I'm sure the NJ Department of Labor will when he's standing in line for unemployment. Trust me, when I get the new car survey, I'll make sure I mention him by name when I let them know why I didn't shop at Turnersville. More
