I would like to thank Clinton, Mike and Ryan for a very pleasant car buying experience. Clinton is the complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Mike thanked me for the business on the day of the sale, and took the time to chat for a bit while Clinton took care of paperwork. That goes a long way. The next day, when there was an issue with the car certification, Mike called me right away and explained the situation and how he intended to make it right. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to pay for the car and take care of the warranty issue, Ryan took good care of me and got me an extended warranty with road side care for 3 years / 36,0000. This was above and beyond what I would have had in the first place and I really appreciate the special treatment. This car is for my wife and my two little boys, so the roadside care gives me peace of mind that if there is an issue, she will be taken care of. I looked for our new family car for about six or seven months before making this purchase. During that time, I looked at several cars from dealers and from private owners. It is tough for a dealership to compete with a private owner on price, so when you buy from a dealership, you want to feel like you are getting something for premium you pay. I feel very satisfied that I got more than my money's worth in my dealings with Turnersville Toyota - and in particular in dealing with Clinton, Mike and Ryan. I want to thank them for their honesty and willingness to go the extra mile even after the deal was done. Clinton - thanks for making the care look brand new for me to take it home to my wife.
