Awful leasing experience In typical car dealership fashion they are only interested in turning a sale and fail to meet even basic expectations of the customer. Sales person didn't know what features came with the Camry line and failed to meet my only requirement in choosing a vehicle (besides price). When I noticed my vehicle lacked the feature (HD radio) I asked if it was possible to just change the head unit to make me happy, however I have not heard back in two weeks. An email to the GM was also unanswered or even kicked down for anyone else to answer. Needless to say I will not shop at this location again and possibly not even with Toyota in the future. More

Because of this I brought my Son to Toyota of Turnersville to buy his first new car! Since then both my husband and son have traded in their used cars for new vehicles at Toyota as well.
