Great buying experience from beginning to end. They have made their money back from one flat tire!! The salesman’s were Chuck and Clinton both personable and work for the customer. Paul in finance helped them navigate all the things they needed. Great and wonderful customer service before and after the purchases!!!! More
This is the second vehicle I have acquired from Toyota a Turnersville. I cannot recommend or praise them more highly. The dealership itself is decent. There seems to be a lack of communication between employees/departments, but otherwise manageable to deal with. The service department is mostly horrible. I have brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance with additional areas of concerns that have not yet been addressed on the first visit. The first time, I waited 3+ hours for a simple tire rotation and was the only person in the waiting room not to be updated about the status of the service (they knew I would be waiting). Twice now, my report has stated "unable to duplicate problem", but yet said problem occurs within 5 minutes of having it off the lot. This time, I picked up my vehicle after regular maintenance (which includes a multi-point inspection including fluid levels, according to my service report) and within two weeks of it being serviced, I am receiving messages about low fluid levels. The service writers are typically pleasant to deal with, but they are not the best communicators. I had a really pleasant experience with Kevin Naessens. He was on top of updates and advocated for me when I was adamant about a drivability problem that the mechanics couldn't seem to duplicate. Otherwise, I have yet to be impressed after a handful of visits and service experiences here. More

They scheduled me to have repairs done to my vehicle due to a recall. It was at a good time for me and it was free of charge. An additional service, a needed oil change, was a bit pricier than it used to be to a recall. It was at a good time for me and it was free of charge. The work requested was completed earlier than I expected. And I received a free car wash which my car desperately needed. More

Service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to help with any questions or issues I have.
