A day to remember I initially went to Toyota for new tires not thinking anything other getting four new tires..... well i left in a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry that i a I initially went to Toyota for new tires not thinking anything other getting four new tires..... well i left in a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry that i absolutely adore. Martindale which is my sales person was AWESOME and that's a understatement! When i drove away i was still in denial that's i just brought a brand new 2016 Camry in which i thought will NEVER happen, Martin made a dream become reality because of his hard work, consistency and dedication. the experience at Toyota was EXCELLENT and i want to thank Martin for EVERYTHING he is the best!!!! More

A service center with integrity! 9 days after purchasing a used car from the lot, the car broke down. It wasn't a Toyota, so it wasn't under any warranty, but because it was so recen 9 days after purchasing a used car from the lot, the car broke down. It wasn't a Toyota, so it wasn't under any warranty, but because it was so recent, they took the car in and completed the repair free of charge! Delbert went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue from getting the car towed in, to completing the repair in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciate a dealership that stands behind the vehicles they sell, even though they were under no warranted obligation to do so. Also thanks to my salesman Alan Brodsky who helped put me in touch with Delbert, and kept checking in to make sure I was being taken care of. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of a bad situation that was handled in such a professional manner! More

While waiting for the repairs, Mohamed met us and showed us new Avalons and Rav 4s, at our request. He offered me a deal too sweet to pass up so we bought a new 2015 Rav 4. He is an excellent salesman and explained all the key features of the vehicle. When we got to Finance, Franklin Millan also took great care of us and gave us a deal on financing and added maintenance. Through it all he was professional and courteous. He did a great job! Those three employees should be employee of the month for their respective areas! Great dealership! More

terrible service department In July 2014, I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla Sport and since day one I have had issues with the driver side window. when I call to schedule an In July 2014, I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla Sport and since day one I have had issues with the driver side window. when I call to schedule an appointment to bring my car in I was told that my car was under warranty and the window could absolutely be fixed. I returned to the dealership on several occasions to have the window fixed. .it was never fixed. And on my forth and final visit to this dealership, I was told that my window gasket had "worn out" and was not fixable under my warranty even though my car is less than 12 months old!! The service professionals ( or "unprofessionals" -I'll call them) told me that "ALL car window gaskets eventually wear out" and that this would eventually happen to ALL of the windows in my BRAND NEW COROLLA SPORT. I am certain that I was being lied to by the service department that was either 1. too cheap to fix my vehicle or 2. did not possess the know-how or expertise to fix the window so they decided to tell me that my car window gaskets had worn out, even though I've had several Toyota vehicles prior to this one and the window gaskets did not wear out I'm extremely disappointed by the service, or lack of, I received today at this dealership. I will never step foot at Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher Ave ever again...I'd advise you to do the same!! More
