Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More

Hands down best experience. I went in to the Tampa Bay Toyota location on Fletcher because my 2012 Yaris had a nail in the tire. I was sitting around with my daughter when Ahmed I went in to the Tampa Bay Toyota location on Fletcher because my 2012 Yaris had a nail in the tire. I was sitting around with my daughter when Ahmed sathe next to me and said Hello. I like the fact that his approach waso calm and warming. He started with small talk and gradually asked me about my car and that he could help me get a newer car. Well long story short Ahmed went above and beyond on helping me as well as PJ Leary the Finance manager. Both of them were amazing, friendly, and made me feel like they really care. I will be bringing friends and family to get a car and I will be referring them to PJ and Ahmed. More

Lied to about condition of car They lied to my mother telling her it ONLY needed certain repairs, she spent $1100 for what they said was wrong, and 2 and a half months later the car They lied to my mother telling her it ONLY needed certain repairs, she spent $1100 for what they said was wrong, and 2 and a half months later the car is COMPLETELY DEAD. They offered nothing for their mistake. My parents only have a fixed income. They took their money and could care less that the car does not run now. More
