Service Review Dropped off my older '06 Tacoma, for over night stay, as needed the timing cover resealed, valve cover gaskets & front crank seal. Somehow the Radiato Dropped off my older '06 Tacoma, for over night stay, as needed the timing cover resealed, valve cover gaskets & front crank seal. Somehow the Radiator frame and/or hoses got compromised, leaking everywhere, had to return my Tacoma on same day, to pick-up the next day. All worked out by my assigned Service Advisor, Norman & his Team, I've been coming to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service for 8 years now. Through thick & thin they have taken care of my trusty Tacoma truck, even purchased my tires from them, twice! Keep up the good work. More

Parts Order I ordered new shocks and struts for my Toyota Tacoma and after putting it in the garage and having everything torn off it was noticed there were no bu I ordered new shocks and struts for my Toyota Tacoma and after putting it in the garage and having everything torn off it was noticed there were no bushings included with the struts (this was NOT the Toyota dealerships fault as I ordered from another company). Not having a vehicle now I had to get a driver to take me to the dealership to order the "specialized" bushings. After ordering the parts I was told to come pick them up the next day and they would be ready by 9am. I specifically asked if I should call ahead as I would have to get another ride to pick them up and was told "no, if there is anything wrong we will call you". I should have listened to my gut and called because when we arrived the next day only 3 of the 4 parts made it. So there is another day in the garage and an unnecessary trip to the dealership. The person who waited on us told us the parts would be in by 11 the next day, however, this time they would give me a call to let me know when they have arrived. I am still waiting for that call.... Thankfully I was able to use an old bushing that wasn't too bad worn rather then wait for them to call me. I called today to ask about the refund and never receiving a call and I have to go back to the store so I can get a refund.... I am not going to list the person I worked with because this is not worth them getting in trouble for but I want to make it known. I was very fortunate in that I had a friend who owned the garage and only charged me for the time he spent working on the truck not all the time it had to sit on his rack because we couldn't take it off unless we put it back together. I was also very fortunate in that he was able to drive me to the dealership both days so I was only out time and not the cost. Had this not been the case it would have been a very costly experience.
