Excellent dealership. Jarod was awesome in the service department today. He was able to get my truck quickly diagnosed and explained everything to me in great detail. WET CAR INSIDE & OUT. BAD BAD SERVICE AT THE SERVICE SECTION ,I TOOK MY 4TH CAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM IN THE LAST 4 YEARS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND A QUICK CHECK UP. BAD BAD SERVICE AT THE SERVICE SECTION ,I TOOK MY 4TH CAR THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM IN THE LAST 4 YEARS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND A QUICK CHECK UP. I DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE ,AND IT WAS RAINING IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR IT WAS PARKED OUT SIDE AND THE BACK WINDOW WAS LEFT DOWN AND THE CAR WAS SOAKED WET THE SEAT AND THE FLOOR MATS . I TOLD THE CASHIER THIS IS NOT WRIHGT AND IWAS VERY MAD AND LEFT, BUT TOLD HER TO HAVE THE SERVICE MANAGER CALL ME AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL . THE SERVICE ADVISOR WHO IS NOT MY REGULAR ONE CALLED AND SAID HE WAS SORRY AND HE HE WILL HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME,BUT NO ONE CALLED . WHEN THE ADVISOR CALLED ME TO TELL ME ABOUT WHAT THE CAR NEEDS AS RECOMENDED REPAIRS I TOLD HIM THE WINDOWS SOMETIMES GET STUCK AND HE HAS TO WIGGLE THE BUTTON TO MAKE IT WORK AND I MADE SURE TO TELL HIM THAT PLEASE ROLL THE BACK WINDOW UP AND HE SAID THEY WILL, BUT WHAT CAN WE SAY .
