Went there for warranty service. But they are not able to done my service due to unknowledgeable and unprofessionalism. I had couple of safety related services which was not complete But they are not able to done my service due to unknowledgeable and unprofessionalism. I had couple of safety related services which was not completed even I have factory warranty. They gave me non sense excuse not to do the job. My seat belt is not working properly and weather strip is coming out from door panel even was there before couple of times but they are not able to solve the issue. Now they are telling non sense excuses not to do the job. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable technician. More

I had a great experience buying my vehicle. However, I almost always bring my vehicle here for service and I won’t be returning. It took 3 hours for an oil change scheduled by appointment and t However, I almost always bring my vehicle here for service and I won’t be returning. It took 3 hours for an oil change scheduled by appointment and the oil change wasn’t even completed because no one mentioned it didn’t need to come for another 5k miles. So, it took 3 hours for an inspection and a tire rotation. 3 hours. No one said a word to me in those 3 hours, no one apologized for the wait, and I’m utterly disappointed. I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. More
