Customer service five stars, no questions, transparency on the transactions and it was my fastest appointment at a dealership, 15 K miles appointment. This is not my first Toyota. I got the first one in 2013. The worst experience was at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon and Lakeland, at the service department. I was helped by John Mohammed at Toyota of Tampa Bay. I don’t have any affiliation with the dealership and I don’t like to write reviews, but they deserved this one. The video they sent me when repairing my car made me feel especially cared for.
