Service was OK. Missed the call from SA, no voicemail so called back. On hold several minutes waiting on transfer, then was hung up on. Prepaid on line. Spoke to someone else they said he would be back in a couple of minutes. Waited 10 minutes, and asked again, that person basically dismissed me. Finally a young gentleman noticed I had been waiting and got me with another SA and I was able to leave. Poor customer service More
