Everything was great until I was suggested that my engine and ac filter needed changing for $140... my car is brand new that I had purchased last year with just 10k miles acquired since then. My 1 year warranty for my 2020 Corolla SE had just ended 2 month Tristan P. went above and behind to make me a loyal customer of Toyota of Tampa Bay! My 1 year warranty for my 2020 Corolla SE had just ended 2 months ago and I thought I’d have to pay out of pocket to have my coolant system replaced (common issue with corollas at 40k miles) and he went ahead and contacted Toyota advocating they cover the cost of this $900 repair and he was able to get them to accommodate me. He’s awesome and I wish more dealerships would provide as smooth of an experience as he did for me! More
