the customer service at this location is never a good experience, I will stick to stadium Toyota. Holly could use some training in customer service she did not even mention the recommendation's that my car needed she just gave me the paper work and asked me to sign it, she's not a people person; I presented a coupon for my oil change that Toyota of Tampa Bay had for a synthetic oil change for 45.95 with a fuel system cleaner for free but ended up paying the regular price for a oil change 68.34 how does that work? why bother to advertise a coupon for that price. my experience with this location is why i stopped coming here. will not ever come back. Taylor Francis made the difference. Our car wouldnt start while we were out of town. We suspected the battery but the system message had us a bit worried. After we got it jumped, the Check Engine light came on and stayed on. We were nervous about that so instead of just getting the battery teated to get a new one, we took it to the dealer. Taylor did a great job of explaining the issues and options. The technician replaced the battery quickly. The price was quite competitive with a better warranty. Thank you! More
