Toyota of Tampa Bay - Service Center

We are servicing our two Toyotas with Toyota of Tampa Bay since we moved from South Florida. Our adviser there is Gian Llamas and he is always professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Taylor spent time making sure that our concerns were properly addressed, and our car will be fixed so it can serve me well for the future after costly fix of the problem that happens unexpectedly after somebody damaged the car on the parking lot of Tampa Aquarium and run away. I appreciate Tylor's attention to details, communication skills and Toyota brand knowledge. I am thankful that Mr. Lopez was the mechanic who fixed my car. I reccommend highly Toyota of Tampa Bay. Dennis was very polite and pleasant to work with. However the guy in the Part Department was not. While checking on the price of a part I needed he was not very friendly nor eager to assist.
