Never had any communication with the third party vendor that was working on my car and a number of things weren’t done after I left my car at the shop for 4 weeks. Brian Roberts not helpful and eventually scheduled my appointment on a day he wasn’t there so I had to speak with 5 different technicians before I could even find my car.
