Awesome experience! I totaled my car in 2015 and was using my sisters car to get around until I got me another. Desperate trying to find a car because I had a newborn I ended up going to another dealership in Tampa ended up returning the car after a month. So one day one of my classmates told me about Toyota Tampa Bay her awesome experience and referred me to Martin. So I was like I live right next door to them. I went there on Monday and I must say it was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was is this too good to be true. Ended up purchasing a 2012 Camry in about 2 hrs tops. Martin was awesome he knew that camry inside and out he was very professional and straightforward,no pressure. Financing was even an awesome experience and professional. Unhappy customer My husband and I will never buy another Toyota as a result of our interaction with this dealership. We went to look at a vehicle and left because the My husband and I will never buy another Toyota as a result of our interaction with this dealership. We went to look at a vehicle and left because the price wasn't right for us. However, we received a phone call from one of the salesman that they could then accommodate us so we made an appointment to come back only to be told that they couldn't accommodate us. We were upset that this trip was a waste of time and when we went to leave were told by the sales manager to "Never come back again." It was a very upsetting encounter for my husband and I and we will not buy another Toyota again. More
