Very unpleasant experience I have bought several cars from Toyota dealers( others than Tampa bay) and thus far this is the worse dealership . Matthew Mackowiak was very rude and I have bought several cars from Toyota dealers( others than Tampa bay) and thus far this is the worse dealership . Matthew Mackowiak was very rude and rushing things up while salesman were negotiating the price with us. Finance department tend to lie their customers and then calls you to apologize on behalf of Toyota family. They don't protect you information, I had an appointment and the employee had some other costumer's information on his desk with addresses and social security numbers uncovered. Advise: Train your employees with the accurate information. More

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!! Last week I have purchased a brand new Toyota Camry 2015 XLE from dealership, trust me that was the worst experience of my life.I am not at all happy Last week I have purchased a brand new Toyota Camry 2015 XLE from dealership, trust me that was the worst experience of my life.I am not at all happy with the service, They sold us a damaged car.The car was having a dent on front bumper + scratches on the guard. Either they did it deliberately or they missed it but anyways they should have checked the car before delivery and it was a bad miss from them. When I showed them the dent, they were not ready to accept the mistake instead trying to tell me that I must have hit the car somewhere and its not dealership responsibility anymore.To my surprise, I never expected this kind of a behavior immediately on the 2nd day of the sale. Fortunately I had a photo which I took at showroom to prove them that they sold me the damaged car but this is purely unprofessional where you do not even listen to customer and I had to show them the proof. When I asked,how can I go home now as the car was taken to collision center, the answer was I need to take a cab....seriously!!!!after buying a new car and fault at their side, they even did not had a courtesy to provide me rental....how bad is that..... disgusting!!!!! I am too annoyed with this, they do not care for customer service.....I do not trust them anymore... More
