Hated going to dealerships - until now! Just bought a Prius C from Rob Maffi. It was a great experience. Everyone treated us great and made us feel well cared for. From the ad on AutoTrader, I could tell this dealership took the extra effort by making the ad complete with detailed features and photos. I haven't been to a dealership since 1996 because of the bait & switch ads, and feeling railroaded when you get there. Rob and I exchanged phone calls for more information and manager John W. was personable, didn't pressure us, but was helpful and thorough with our trade-in. No BSing! Loved it! More

Ahmed made my day I went in for an oil change and walked out with a smile and a new car. This was my first new car, I had only ever purchased used vehicles before. Ahmed talked to me like a person, attending to my concerns and never making me feel like I was asking too many questions. There was no wheeling and dealing on my part, I simply knew what I could do and what I cold not. At the end of the day, nervous as I was about getting into my first ever new car and driving away, I can say the sales teem did what they could to set my mind at ease as well as my budget. I had to pump the breaks when I got to the finance manager and explain to him how everything he said sounded like a forgien language to me. After a bit of difficulty, we came to a comfortable pace of explanation. I still don't quite understand everything he had to say, but he left me with his number and a request to contact him if ever I had questions about the deal. I'm looking forward to seeing them all again as I plan on taking full advantage of the amenities the dealership has to offer. In fact... it's been about 3 weeks and I think I'm due for a free car wash. Ill probably stop in tomorrow. More

We were approached by a salesman by the name of Zach and told by him we could trade in our old car for a brand new one with more features for about the same monthly payment. We were surprised and a bit skeptical but once he showed us what we would be paying we just had to take the incredible deal. Once we got to finance the deals quadrupled. Finance Manager Frank Millan took care of us and make sure we would be safe on the road and in our buget. Overall great experience. More
