I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma Access Cab, I did extensive research on this vehicle and visited many other dealers in person as well as on the internet and none impressed me as much as Toyota of Tam extensive research on this vehicle and visited many other dealers in person as well as on the internet and none impressed me as much as Toyota of Tampa Bay. Don did an exceptional job on working to get me the best possible deal to fit my needs, he made sure I was familiar with the entire dealership and all the amenities as well as giving me a comfort level that their service department is every bit as good as sales. Dave was also professional and fun to work with. I absolutely love my new truck and will send other customers at every opportunity. Thank you for making it a great experience!! More
My wife and I came in not knowing if we wanted new or used. We also were not sure which car we wanted to buy. Our sales associate Mike was very good about helping us with options. After Mike showed us a few different cars we were able to come to a decision. Mike was also able to get us the price we wanted to pay. It was an overall great experience looking and finding what we wanted. Mike was very nice, and helpful throughout this process. We just bought the car so haven't had to use service department yet. We have used the free car wash though and relaxed in front of one of the tv's provided. My wife signed up for a manicure while there as well. More
We arrived to 'just look', and are so satisfied with the purchase of our 2014 Camry Hybrid. Everyone was courteous and professional from the beginning, with Lamont Perry, our salesman. We worked with Chad in closing the deal and Bruno installed our phones. We are more than pleased with the GPS system in our car - better than the On Star we had before. We are also pleased to have the Serius radio. Lamont completely explained all of the various features of the car. Your building is top-notch in every way and we do appreciate all of the amenities offered by this dealership. We have followed up by returning to have the windows tinted, and once again by having nitrogen put into the tires along with a ride shield applied to the front window. The body shop employees were totally competent and cooperative. We shall definitely recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay to our friends and neighbors, and we will occasionally return for checkups and possibly one of your great chicken wraps! I originally bought my 2001 Toyota Corolla Sport from this dealership when they were under a different name and management. I have stuck with the service department ever since and now my vehicle has ove this dealership when they were under a different name and management. I have stuck with the service department ever since and now my vehicle has over 220,000 miles on it. The attitude, professionalism, and caring nature of the excellent staff at Toyota of Tampa Bay (TOTB) keeps me coming back. I've rarely encountered a problem, and when I have, the friendly staff was quick to respond and took care of me like I expected them to. That quality is rare to find but awesome to experience when it does happen. I believe it goes beyond training and customer service skills. I can notice the level of interest and care each service advisor shows to each customer, and I appreciate and applaud that. My service advisor, Jay Nigro, is the third advisor I've had since I've been with TOTB. The previous two were excellent as well, but I must commend and compliment Mr. Nigro for how well he has treated me and my vehicle. He often goes above and beyond what I'd expect and probably what his employer expects or dictates, and I am impressed by his efforts. He takes the time to listen to me, take good notes, follow up with the techs that worked on my vehicle, and present me with estimates and reviews of service before I return to pay and pick up my vehicle. He is good about returning calls and leaving messages; again, something I very much appreciate. I am glad I ended up with Jay but can honestly say that any of the other service advisors would most likely perform with as much pride and dedication to their jobs as Jay has shown, Now give him a raise! Honorable mention goes to Nicholas Drummond as well, who has either taken care of me when Jay was out or busy, or has assisted Jay with my needs. He too gives off a positive, friendly feeling that customers instantly detect and appreciate. I am glad to know Nick too, and hope he continues with his excellent customer service. Many times a business doesn't or won't realize the power of good customer service, and how customers watch, listen, learn from not only their own experiences, but by being around other customers and talking with them about their experiences with the business. There is a lot of influence in the receiving end of courtesy, so much so that a customer might be swayed by information they received from other customers and not from the business. So to have a good courtesy base sending out the right message and good vibes I believe is critical for good business. Thank you for allowing me to participate in this survey and to give recognition and praise to Jay and Nick, and all of your other wonderful staff. I appreciate you all. More
over all satisfied with the job but 89 dollars for brake pads was over charging as they should of been more like 40 and the car was not cleaned when I pick it up with the service plastic and dirty ripped pa pads was over charging as they should of been more like 40 and the car was not cleaned when I pick it up with the service plastic and dirty ripped paper on the floor and wax marking on the window which is should of not been done with a 542 dollar brake job along with a 14.95 oil change as well) More
