The dealership (not Meagan) at first was very anxious to put keys in my hand and send me on my way with a vehicle that was not exactly what I wanted. I requested a few extra days to get things in order on my end (trade-in car, insurance arrangements, financing research, etc...). They acquiesced, which then gave them time to find the right vehicle from another dealership and get it all cleaned up/detailed and ready for me. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and I am very happy with my new Highlander. More
