He was honest and straight up with me which I loved and was the reason why I bought my car from here, also the finance manager I had was fantastic too he worked with me and made sure I got the best deals possible. I will be telling everyone I know that's in the market for a car to visit Toyota of Tampa and to ask for Brandon because I truly think he is the best there! Give the man a raise he deserves it!!!! A vehicle purchase takes a little time and everyone at the dealership was very patient and kind. We were there past the closing time and we never felt rushed. They took the time to make sure we understood what was happening each step of the way. The staff was very professional but at the same time you felt like they had known you forever. Our salesman is the reason we returned to the dealership. Xavier kept in contact with us from our last purchase and we remembered him when it was time to purchase again. He stayed past the closing time to make sure the fiancé and insurance took care of us and then he helped us unload our old vehicle and set our Bluetooth for the new car. PJ was our finance guy but he is not on the list below. He was awesome. More

Our Prius was in for service but we ended the day with a new car!! I'd been looking for several months and just hadn't gotten a good feel for a particular vehicle. We looked at Corollas, and Mark had gone 'through the mill' with me, but it just wasn't the right car. Recently, I began looking at Camrys. I looked online, and spoke with every dealership within 100 miles! The best prices were to be found at Toyota of Tampa Bay! Our recent purchase of a vehicle was made very easy by the staff. Zach Lausell is second-to-none in his knowledge of every detail of our car, from safety features to tech to the build from ground up! We were truly impressed with and by his product knowledge. You have a 'keeper' and future TOP Salesman in him! Mark Caivano, who we'd been working with, asked Zach to step in because he was assisting another customer, yet he continued to check in with us to assure we were being taken care of. He is another 'keeper'! (Mark had given me similar intel on the Corolla. Awesome product knowledge!) Other individuals also checked on us, and we always felt comfortable in the facility. Kamel Issa also had a hand in our purchase, being the last Salesman to deal with us and give us our keys. He was also 'top notch' in product knowledge and his concern for our departure without the customary 'intro' to the vehicle was noted, but Zach had given us such a thorough vehicle demo that we didn't need another. Franco also took great care of us! We had to leave in the middle of negotiations, yet we were able to finish via the phone. I always felt connected and cared about from start to finish. Every aspect of our deal with Mark, Zach, Franco, Kamel and straight thru finance with Mike (? - sorry, I can't recall!) was exceptional. Because Toyota products are so amazing, we don't expect to purchase another vehicle for 10 yrs. or more, but we'll be back to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service and eventually our next purchase. Our 2006 Prius received nothing but excellent service at Toyota of Tampa Bay, and we know our Camry will get the same. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! You all ROCK! More

Another great part of this dealership was the Finance department, we worked with John Bulbul and we still owed 7 grand on our previous car but he worked with us and got our monthly rates down to something we could afford! 10/10 would go to this dealership again! I went to many dealships only leaving empty handed with wasted time frustrated and aggravated that the sales people where pushy rude and plain unhelpful. I decided to try one last time before giving up on finding our dream vehicle. I called Toyota of Tampa I said I have already been approved at other dealships and I am looking for a Toyota van. I talked to Mr.Castellano and gave him all the info on what I wanted he said give me 10 mins l will email what I have and see if you like anything. Within 8 mins I got that email picked out a van and by 7pm I walked into Toyota of Tampa and was pleasantly greeted by Robert Castellano keys in his hand ready to show me the vehicle we walked outside as I finally found my dream car! ! Within 1 1/12. Hours we were completely done with the paperwork and we were out the door :) Mind you I feel great that this was such a smooth process them. Not only did I get exactly what I was looking for I got it at a wonderful price and the service by Mr.Castellano was beyond excellent so if want to have a great car shopping experience I would definitely recommend seeing him at Toyota of Tampa !!!
