I've visited Toyota of Orlando, Wesley Chapel Toyota, and I just want to say forget about the rest and go with Thomas Bolger at Toyota of Tampa Bay! I've visited Toyota of Orlando, Wesley Chapel Toyota, and many other Toyota dealerships that I have long forgotten there name and to no avail. I cannot even begin to describe the agony that I went through at the other dealerships. Rather than showing care for me as a customer, all they kept thinking about were their dollars and how I didn't have enough money to buy the cars on their lot. Yet they were the ones that kept showing me cars out of my budget, and cars that would not meet my expectations. However, from the moment that I walked in to Toyota of Tampa Bay there was Thomas with a smile and ready to hear me out. As soon as I told him what I needed, my budget, mileage and concerns, he took me to the lot, showed me the cars that we could negotiate on, further explained to me my options and gave me his recommendations. We fell in love with a little Scion recommended by Thomas and he brought in the manager Mike Aly who was also just as caring and attentive to our needs. Mike understood that we were a little family starting out, worked with us and that night we walked away with a car. Thank you Thomas Bolger and Mike Aly, you make Toyota of Tampa Bay awesome!! More

Unbelievable experience I bought my truck about 2 weeks ago from Meagan Dozier and she made the whole experience fantastic. I had went to several other dealerships earlier in I bought my truck about 2 weeks ago from Meagan Dozier and she made the whole experience fantastic. I had went to several other dealerships earlier in the day, only to leave frustrated. Then I sent an inquiry to Toyota of Tampa Bay and Meagan quickly replied. We emailed each other several times working on the price and shortly after that I was signing for my new truck. When I bought my truck I was by myself and so I told Meagan that I would have to come back for the truck and she was nice enough to deliver it to my house which saved me a trip. I'll buy my next vehicle from Meagan when that time comes because she was a pleasure to work with and made buying from Toyota of Tampa Bay enjoyable. More
