Finally a better experience at this dealer. Every time when I walk in at a dealer I feel so skeptical until last min. But this time I was so lucky to find a new salesman Victor Nieves. Even when he has been working at the dealer for such a short period of time I have to state he was wonderful in the process of dropping off my old lease a Camry 2012 and now financing a new one Camry 2015. For those who work with clients, customers or patients it's very important to be patience with them, and understanding of what the client wants we know it is not always on our side of advantage. Victor was patience with me even when he was back and forth because I did not want to accept the first offer made by finance. Also he was quiet when I aware him about a manager staring at him and us all the time, I assume this was because he is a new employee. I do really recommend this new employee (new for the dealer but with confirmed knowledge about the vehicle) to anyone who wants to purchase a new car, he is also bilingual. More
