I listened to several outbound phone calls from other sales sharks while I was being setup and it was disgusting. The "closer" who is also a manager (John Weicherding) was disrespectful and condescending and tried to force me into a car I wasn't there to buy. Thank you for your time Monzer you get 5 STARS. Finance guy took numerous calls and allowed other employees to interrupt our session looking for random papers. Come on! More

This gentleman had the patience to negotiate not one but two car deals for me. As well as the understanding to know when I wasn't comfortable making a purchase that wasn't practical. He said he would be ready when I was ready. And when I was ready, I returned. And I wanted to return to see Sammy. The day ended perfectly with my new-to-me 2014 4Runner. I purchased my first car from TOTB 10 years ago and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The worst part is only having to go thru this process once a decade. I enjoy TOTB for the salesmen, servicemen, and... salesmen. The servicemen guys are nice but they're in the back of the shop for a reason. TOTB puts their best foot forward and that's with awesome salesmen. Great new car purchase experience! I made contact with the Toyota of Tampa Bay via their webpage on the internet. Sales consultant Meagan Dozier made phone contact with me and we sched I made contact with the Toyota of Tampa Bay via their webpage on the internet. Sales consultant Meagan Dozier made phone contact with me and we scheduled a meeting to look at a new Sienna. Between the phone call and the appointment the wife and I decided to also look at the Avalon Hybrid. We met with Meagan and immediately felt at ease with her. We drove both autos and had a difficult, time choosing , but in the long run chose the luxury and economy of the of the Avalon Hybrid. Meagan was helpful, informative, but did not apply any pressure. We consumed the majority of her day and in the end we are the happy owners of an Avalon. The dealership was professional but warm and inviting at the same time. The young ladies at the snack bar were terrific as well. They prepared our lunch and went above and beyond to serve our meal perfectly, thank you! The sale was smooth, the business aspect was quite a new experience tho enjoyable. In short I drove 20 minutes further and I am glad I did. More
