This dealership does not have it's act together at all. I took my 2009 Toyota Highlander in for a simple oil change and asked them to run it through the car wash. When they brought it back to me, they had charged me for a car wash but I didn't get one. Next, they finally ran it through their car was and brought it out....with paint scraped off my back bumper and the bumper itself hanging off my car! They fixed this problem the next week and I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake! I got two tires replaced with an alignment and had to make an appointment for 3:00pm. They were told what car it was and what tires would be needed the day before. The next day they didn't have the tires and it took 3.5 hours with an appointment for 3pm to get 2 tires put on the car....but it gets much worse. The bill was $613. This week we discovered that they charged our debit card twice. $1226 for two tires?!? They don't want to refund the money and are telling us to contact the bank. Well, we did. The bank says they ran the card once as debit and once as credit and they got paid twice. Don't ever go here! There is no excuse for that behavior....and toyota- you are not fast, friendly, fair or fun. More
Horrible service and products at this dealership. On my last visit I SCHEDULED an appt at 3:00pm for an alignment and check engine light read. I was told the wait time would be approx an hour, hour and a last visit I SCHEDULED an appt at 3:00pm for an alignment and check engine light read. I was told the wait time would be approx an hour, hour and a half max. I left toyota at 7:30PM (4 and 1/2 hours later). As I drove my car home I realized it was pulling to the right. I wasted my time and my moeny all for nothing. I cam in for a simple alignment and not even that was done correctly. Ironically my toyota battery that was purchased a year prior stopped working 1 week later. That was my second battery from totyota in the past 2 and 1/2 years. It was a prorated battery and toyota told me that unless i went to the same dealership i would not get reimbursed. Seriously? Would you go to the same dealership to get a "new battery" every year. I refuse to. If they are not going to give me a decent working product and actually providing service to my car; then why should i waste my time going there. Honestly I am not a complainer, but with the disrespect they showed me I figured other people should be aware. Avoid this dealership- coupons and all; it is not worth it. More

Horrible at correcting a mistake made on their end on my registration. I've been calling them for two weeks and they haven't returned my call and the receptionist has been hanging up on me all day, btw, she registration. I've been calling them for two weeks and they haven't returned my call and the receptionist has been hanging up on me all day, btw, she'll answer the phone nicely but just keeps "transferring" me to no one. Apparently I've been driving a care that's not registered for over 6months, I just found this out because I went to renew my registration and the DMV won't let me register the car until the registration is fixed. Toyota hasn't done anything to fix, now I'm stuck! Toyota sends me to the DMV and the DMV sends me to Toyota. I think Toyota of Tampa Bay should just step up and fix the problem, after all it was their mistake. Jef Schwartz has a little attitude, telling me that if I don't listen that he'll just go home, I was trying to explain to him the situation and he just kept telling me that he can't help me. David Farner has been working on this for me and promised to call me back two weeks ago and hasn't called and is avoiding my calls. What to do! Do much for excellent customer service! More

The service was terrible. I purchased a new Camry and when I took it home i had immediate problems with the car vibrating. I called the sales person immediately on my way home. He told me to bring it bac when I took it home i had immediate problems with the car vibrating. I called the sales person immediately on my way home. He told me to bring it back in to service first thing next morning. I did and service took 4 hours with me pushing to get a response to what was wrong with the car. They finally told me the car tires are out of balance and I had a defective tire. They didn't have a new tire and asked me to come back the next morning, and they would have a new tire. I came back the next morning I waited another 3 1/2 hours until I finally got service to tell me the tire was still not in stock. They were waiting for a delivery. I was there from 7:30 am til 11:00 am. I had to complain to the sales person who got the service mgr involved to find out what was going on. Also the dealership to ask a few important questions regarding my paperwork and I had to wait 10 minutes till I hung up 3 different times when the receptionist was to transfer my call. I talked to the sales person and insured me he or the finance dept. would call me back within 2 hrs. Till this day I haven't heard from anyone. On their website you can "Ask the GM". I sent him a request for answers and never got a response. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BY A CAR FROM "TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY". Horrible, Horrible service....... More
I received 2 letters in the mail for a new program they had for people who have filed bankruptcy but did not put their current car in the bankruptcy. I did not realize that even though I was making payment had for people who have filed bankruptcy but did not put their current car in the bankruptcy. I did not realize that even though I was making payments on my current car on time it was not helping me reestablish my credit because it was an old loan. I had no intentions of trading my Jeep in, I loved my jeep and told Will that upfront. The only car I would even consider trading my jeep for would be a new camaro. Well guess what I drove out of there with a 2012 Camry and I love it. I have purchased several new cars of the years and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I did not get aggrivated or ready to walk out once. It went very smooth. My last jeep I purchased from Courtesy in Brandon...it took me 2-1/2 weeks of going in and out of there to finally agree to purchase, that experience was a nightmare and thats what I was expecting at this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised and would without a doubt purchase another toyota from there. More
I've been to many dealerships where the last thing I felt was welcomed. However Toyota of Tampa Bay blow me away with the professional courtesy they showed to me. It was by far the best experience I had on b was welcomed. However Toyota of Tampa Bay blow me away with the professional courtesy they showed to me. It was by far the best experience I had on buying a new car. Will my salesman was on point from the moment I spoke to him on the phone all the way until I drove my new 2012 Camry SE home. Wow is all that I can really say. I will be telling everyone I know that is in the market or thinking about a new car should go their first. From now on all my purchasing will be done their. More
The collision staff is completely disrespectful if you question them on the vehicle being repaired. Took vehicle back 7 times for the same repair and nothing was replaced. Chips on paint and fenders rubbi question them on the vehicle being repaired. Took vehicle back 7 times for the same repair and nothing was replaced. Chips on paint and fenders rubbing. WORSE part is the vehicle was repaired and put back together with missing bolts and screws. MISSING bolts and screws. What is this a background mechanic shop? Well they act like it. No problem cashing your check then holding your vehicle for 3 weeks. This is LARRY Morgan Auto Groups baby. Now I completely understand why this company makes $440,000,000 a year. Cash the insurance checks and deductible money quick and do half rate work with insulting service. Do yourself a favor and NOT shop at TOYOTA of TAMPA BAY or the Collision Center!!! LARRY MORGAN, this will NOT be the last negative reports you hear from me. More
Can't say enough about this dealership, not only matched and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for a Prius 3 was better then the price for a Prius and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for a Prius 3 was better then the price for a Prius 2 that the other dealers were quoting. The entire sale took about ONE HOUR PERIOD....and we only went in for a test drive. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE that you find at the other dealers. I went to Tampa, St.Pete,Orlando, Pinenelas Park,Brandon and Port Richey. Bob Novack, Rocky and (Jose in finance ) were so knowledgeable and easy going......couldn't believe we were buying a car....felt like visiting a friend for coffee and cake. This is now our ONLY TOYOTA DEALER .....We were very impressed with EVERYTHING AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. Remember the name TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY the next time you need a car....and they will be YOUR ONLY DEALER ALSO. Dominick and Michele More
