Recuperating Trust Toyota of Tampa Bay came through for me, fixing the bad taste on my mouth, when I bought the new Prius 2014 in May this year. I could not get a Tundr Toyota of Tampa Bay came through for me, fixing the bad taste on my mouth, when I bought the new Prius 2014 in May this year. I could not get a Tundra, but got me a new Tacoma 2015, with my favorite color blue. The owner honor his word about repairing the damage some of his workers did in May. I think with the owner/GM(Mark Schols) back from Retirement, you can trust the to do good. Some of the people you can trust are; David Farner, Donald Morrow, the senior Finance officer that did my 2015 Tacoma yesterday (for which I can remember his name, but did great to get me what I want on payment and interest rate at 2.9; sorry I can remember the name....may be is " Jeff Schwarts"; also did my Tacoma 2010 before), Joe Hossain (for Prius 2012) and Barre Ghoumari (salesman for our first Prius and Tacoma and Finance officer for the latest Prius 2014 in May). Thank you guys, we are please this time. I am a person of my word and when I have to say is bad, I will say it, but also, when you do good, I will say it too. Hooah! The best you have ever done and the fastest, since I started buying vehicles at this Dealer. Your salesman still need more polishing on the knowledge of the vehicles you are selling, but I also understand that is hard, when you got a lot of different models. I hate that when I ask a question, that they do not know the answer. Also, I think they forgot to tell me how the new features work and get program, like the bluetooth, the cell, etc. Other than that I extremely satisfy with David Farner, Donald Morrow and the senior Finance officer, for which I can remember the name (specially him that fought with the Bank as told by David, to get me the 2.9 and the low payment, although I would it prefer $490 than $499.99. But is better than what I was paying. Also, that some of the information that I convey to David in regards to millage, pay off, etc... should it be pass along to salesman and finance officer to expedite things even more, before I got there, so I do not have to repeat myself or try to get it myself. Although, it was faster than previous occasions. I hope that this new relationship and trust last for many years. Next time I want a Tundra or a Cambry. More

I think the salesmen who were helping me, Garrett Ward and David Farner, worked well into overtime, working out an agreeable deal. All the Toyota employees were professional, friendly and eager to help. Garrett Ward was absolutely exceptional, knowledgeable about the car and very personable. The other Toyota employees who helped me were also a pleasure to work with, from Steven in the Service Department to Badre who guided me through the financial side of things. I'd like to give a special thanks to Ammar Alaghawani, whose graciousness and constant smile were just icing on the cake. More

2nd experience with Toyota and 1st Toyota of Tampabay We have had GMC products our whole life and changing to Toyota was like learning a new language. Nothing is the same as far a s operating goes. When they found our van, it took a while but we finally reached middle ground. My husband and I got the van we wanted and that made us very happy. They worked with us over and over until we could both call it a deal. We had a $80 goal for a higher payment we ended up at $90 but that was acceptable. We had worked with another dealer and it went nowhere. They simply could not find the van ( I insisted on red) with the amenities we wanted to upgrade to. Took a little time but John found it! The other dealer had 4 months to find it and never did. We are very happy and will recommend Tampa Bay to any one looking for a Toyota. John was so patient (and still is!) to help with the electronics, that is blue tooth and such. So appreciate it. There is a large learning curve with that unless you have used one before and we have not. Even after we have taken delivery, he continues to accommodate. Very helpful and unusual! Thank you so much!
