He was very patient, gave us options, drove us around in the golf cart to find what we wanted, stayed with us until the end (after-hours 10:45 pm) and we never felt pressured or rushed. terrible service department In July 2014, I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla Sport and since day one I have had issues with the driver side window. when I call to schedule an In July 2014, I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla Sport and since day one I have had issues with the driver side window. when I call to schedule an appointment to bring my car in I was told that my car was under warranty and the window could absolutely be fixed. I returned to the dealership on several occasions to have the window fixed. .it was never fixed. And on my forth and final visit to this dealership, I was told that my window gasket had "worn out" and was not fixable under my warranty even though my car is less than 12 months old!! The service professionals ( or "unprofessionals" -I'll call them) told me that "ALL car window gaskets eventually wear out" and that this would eventually happen to ALL of the windows in my BRAND NEW COROLLA SPORT. I am certain that I was being lied to by the service department that was either 1. too cheap to fix my vehicle or 2. did not possess the know-how or expertise to fix the window so they decided to tell me that my car window gaskets had worn out, even though I've had several Toyota vehicles prior to this one and the window gaskets did not wear out I'm extremely disappointed by the service, or lack of, I received today at this dealership. I will never step foot at Toyota of Tampa Bay on Fletcher Ave ever again...I'd advise you to do the same!! More
