Within minutes I got a phone call back from John Weicherding asking me to come down to the dealership for a test drive. Although my credit was not as strong as others John went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle. The process was painless and within an hour and half I was signing the papers and the keys were in my hand. I've owned 13 cars in my lifetime and this experience was by far the best I've ever had. Sammy Hawana took very good care of me. He worked very hard with Mike Aly in Finance to get me a deal that I could accept. I got up to leave and he said everythin took very good care of me. Buying a new 4Runner First I checked with my main service go to guy, Joe Trozzo, who has never steered me wrong on any of the repairs or maintenance on my vehicles. Alan bent over backwards to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted with the options I needed and at a fair price. I considered shopping the other Toyota dealers but never had to after working with Alan. he stressed that he would continue to be there even after the sale and told me I could call his cell anytime I had a question whether he was at work or not. Lastly, after getting the car of my dreams, I sat down with Rob Napolitano the finance man. I never intended to buy any extra coverage beyond the new car warranty. But after showing me the way I could customize and tailor the options to my personal needs, I got the tint, tires, maintenance and repair plans. The price was reasonable and I believed I made a great deal for myself! I have been going to this dealer since 1990 for my purchases and service through their name changes and re-locations and it is the people that work there that keep me coming back, thanks! More
LIED TO BY EVERYONE INVOLVED IN MY PURCHASE I purchased a new 2015 vehicle and after almost a week I was contacted that there was an error in the paper work/financing. I returned to the dealer and had to re-sign the finance paper work, I specifically asked several times if the deal was still as originally agreed previously and was told yes. After signing I then find out the original deal that was agreed on had been changed and "EVERYONE" involved had LIED!!! More

The care was in great condition, very clean and was just what we were looking for. They gave us a nice deal on our trade in ands the entire process was so smooth. John treated us as a valued customer from the beginning, and walked us through every step of the process. He explained the features of the vehicle and followed up with us. It was a great experience and we would definitely return to John for future vehicles. More

Albert Salas sucks I'm not sure where to even start with this review. I was in here to purchase a used truck from Albert and we clearly did not agree on price. However, he may have been one of the most xxxxxxx salesman I've ever encountered. He was overselling the truck giving prices way over what it's worth. Also expected. As we were sitting down discussing about the car/fiddling with the computer, he got a call and answered it. Rude. His attention should have been with us. Not his phone. He also kept leaving to help another salesman in between our discussion. Rude as well. I wasn't there to watch him sell car for another guy, I was there to buy a car. My time is valuable. Let's go on, as we were discussing price he told me at one point, that affordability must be my issue on why I'm not agreeing to buy the truck. I told him at the beginning I had cash ON HAND to pay for the truck so affordability is not the issue at all. It was the price of the truck vs. it's real value. He basically kept telling me I was wrong. i.e. the tires weren't worn, deep scratches are expected on a used car, etc. Yes all these things are expected, however, the price should reflect them as well. He wasn't budging on pricing so I didn't mind not making a deal. Btw, truck wasn't even detailed as advertised. Dirt everywhere, it was clear it wasn't ready to show yet. Terrible experience. Extremely insulting to say the least. If you go here, avoid Albert. More
Never had to negotiate for anything, this was a first. Mr. Brodsky and Mr. Issa made the experience of negotiating for the lease of my beautiful Toyota Camry easier than I would have ever guessed. My husb Mr. Brodsky and Mr. Issa made the experience of negotiating for the lease of my beautiful Toyota Camry easier than I would have ever guessed. My husbands (all passed away) did all the negotiating for homes, cars etc. I was very nervous and suspicious of what might come to be. I felt I was treated fairly and with a good deal of respect. They took their time with me and made the purchase of the lease quite easy. Lastly, I've already recommended Mr. Brodsky and Mr. Issa to friends at my bridge club. Oh yes, one more thing, I love my beautiful new car, it drives like a dream. Again, I love my new car and thank you Mr. Brodsky, Mr. Issa and Toyota. More
