I was so desperate while coming in and just wanted to see what you guys had in store to later decide upon. However, you sir did not just assure me that there was still hope for me, but put me at ease with your personal experience and expertise. You found a way to bring me back to Earth and embrace the possibility of me owning a reliable vehicle. This vehicle compensates for all of the other ones I owned prior to opting for better quality. In addition, Frank Millan in the Finance Department helped me grandiosely with the financial aspect of getting what seems to be my first ever reliable vehicle. He took his time and worked around my financial possibilities and never gave up on me. It is quite sad, but among the handful of years I have been in this country, I have not yet, until then, received such help and consideration. Thanks for your time guys, you guys are a great team. New Vehicle Purchase My salesperson was Meagan Dozier. She was very attentive to me and my concerns. Her responsiveness to my calls and texts was always prompt. She not only worked with me through the sale but also after the sale. The dealership (not Meagan) at first was very anxious to put keys in my hand and send me on my way with a vehicle that was not exactly what I wanted. I requested a few extra days to get things in order on my end (trade-in car, insurance arrangements, financing research, etc...). They acquiesced, which then gave them time to find the right vehicle from another dealership and get it all cleaned up/detailed and ready for me. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and I am very happy with my new Highlander. More
